Terms of Service
These Terms define the rules of using the JuiceGO powerbank rental service provided by L3ST Borys Skrzypek. By using the service you accept these Terms.
§1.Definitions
The following terms used in these Terms shall mean:
a) Operator – L3ST Borys Skrzypek, Tax ID 5482775586, based in Skoczów, Poland;
b) JuiceGO – the network of powerbank rental stations and the mobile app enabling their use;
c) Powerbank – a portable battery offered for temporary rental by the Operator;
d) Station – a device used to dispense and return Powerbanks;
e) User – an adult individual with full legal capacity who uses the service.
§2.Scope of service
The Operator provides short-term Powerbank rentals through a network of Stations and a dedicated mobile app.
The service is available at locations shown in the app, during the opening hours of the venues hosting the Stations.
§3.Conclusion of the agreement
A rental agreement is concluded the moment a Station QR code is scanned in the app and a Powerbank is physically released from the slot.
Using the service requires creating an account in the app, providing contact details, and adding a valid payment method.
§4.Fees
The first 30 minutes of each rental are free of charge.
After that, a rate of PLN 2 per started hour applies.
The maximum daily fee is PLN 20.
If the Powerbank is not returned within 72 hours, the Operator charges a non-return fee of PLN 199.
All prices are gross prices.
§5.Returning the Powerbank
The Powerbank must be returned to any JuiceGO Station open within the host venue's hours.
The rental ends when the Powerbank is correctly placed in an empty slot and the end of rental is confirmed in the app.
The User is responsible for a proper return — if the app does not confirm the end of rental, please contact support without delay.
§6.Complaints
Complaints should be submitted to hello@juicego.pl or through the app, including the rental number and a description of the issue.
The Operator handles complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
Refunds, where due, are returned via the same payment method used for the original payment.
§7.Liability
The User is liable for damage to the rented Powerbank caused by their fault, in particular for mechanical damage, water damage, or loss of the device.
The Operator is not liable for indirect damage resulting from temporary unavailability of a Station, including the User's device running out of power.
§8.Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 38(1) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed with the express consent of the consumer informed in advance that they would lose this right upon performance.
By accepting these Terms and releasing a Powerbank, the User consents to the immediate start of service.
§9.Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers may use out-of-court means of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
§10.Changes to the Terms
The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons, in particular changes in law or in the scope of services.
Users will be notified of changes 14 days in advance via the app or email. A User who does not accept the changes may terminate the agreement.
§11.Final provisions
In matters not regulated herein, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the consumer's place of residence.
